I faced the exact same problem. I solved it by inputting not only Chilled Water Inlet Node Name and Chilled Water Outlet Node Name, but also Condenser Inlet Node Name and Condenser Outlet Node Name. Any Node name is fine, but blank is not acceptable for these four fields.
