It looks like the measure has not been updated to reflect changes to fuel names in recent versions of EnergyPlus. EnergyPlus v9.4. The measure.rb file has a reference to "Gas:Facility" that should be "NaturalGas:Facility". Try changing that one line of code and see if it helps.
