I saw your question, I had the same problem.

Your problem is being in the field "Zone Cooling Temperatura Supply Air" on the class of external unit (condenser).

It's probable that your design ins't very well. The default of the program is deltaC = 11 C. Try to put 9 C, or less, for solve the problem.
