Based on your previous question, if you're looking for data for Clarke County in Georgia, here's the CSV file for 2000 to 2019 with the parameters you'd probably need to generate EPW file for each year. Data is taken from ERA5 reanalysis, which should be better than any location from 1980 onward. This is currently going through beta-testing so if you'd like to give it a try would be greatly appreciated. weather-station based data.
