I don't think you can add a new curve to the library that will show up in other projects. You can create a custom curve though. If you want to use that curve on multiple systems, you can copy the fan team with the custom curve to other systems.curve.

You could always create the custom fans, dx, and hp curves and export them with a system to import on other projects.
