Have you tried the openstudio-standards Create Prototype Buildings measure? You could make the prototype, save it, and the do "File->Load Library" in your OpenStudio model to import the constructions as a library.

The other option is to write a ruby script to copy all the materials and constructions in your .zip file to one .osm and then load that with "File->Load Library". Can you link to where you got the .zip file?Library".
