Having spoken to format is able export from Revit are the DB development team, their take on this when deciding on development priorities was that activity assignment is quick geometry, some primary thermal properties for constructions and easy in DesignBuilder so they considered it a lower priority than glazing, plus I think the latest gbXML schema may also provide the ability to export some HVAC data. I don't believe gbXML handles activity data. Should you have any specific questions or problems regarding the import geometry, fabric, glazing etc. As you say, from Revit please contact the Revit "Space Type" would need DesignBuilder Support Desk who are there to be mapped to DB templates which is not a trivial development.
