There are a couple options. If you don't also have any reheat then the simpler option is use AirTerminal:SingleDuct:Uncontrolled, AirTerminal:SingleDuct:Uncontrolled, which ironically is the only air terminal that EMS can control with an actuator. The more versatile and advanced option is to use AirTerminal:SingleDuct:UserDefined.AirTerminal:SingleDuct:UserDefined.
