I don't know of a database for manufacturings. If I had to model one I would do the following.
- Get spec sheets for the major pieces of equipment. If there is a person to talk to at facility they may be better source for information.
- See if they run near full load all the time or if it fluctuates a lot in normal operation.
- Get the operational schedule for the equipment.
- If there is metered data that could be used to constrain the problem. What is the lowest and highest value typically seen during operation.
