You can open the html file in your browser by navigating to the < model_dir >/run/6-UserScript-0/report.html. From there, if you're your on a Mac at least, anything you can open in the browser you can print to a pdf. I'm not so sure about windows.

Your path might be slightly different if you have other measures in the simulation.
